Julia Autumn Ford is an international touring artist that has been playing professionally since she was a teenager. After spending her senior year of high school recording her debut self-titled EP in 2014, she graduated and immediately went on her first tour. Since then, she has toured extensively throughout the USA playing various venues, festivals, TV & radio. As a member of Belle of the Fall, an indie folk duo comprised of JAF and Tracy Walton, she released 3 critically acclaimed albums; Earthbound, Rise Up, and The Bending of Light. She is working on her much anticipated new solo album that she plans to release in the Spring of 2024.
JAF has a knack for writing songs that explore the depths of human existence. She can make the heaviest of subjects seem light as a feather. What she is most known for is her unique and ethereal voice which has been described as "buttered chocolate" and "as if fairies and cotton candy were playing together in a fishbowl".
She currently resides in the northwest corner of CT where she has a private teaching studio and works at On Deck Sound Studio in Northfield, CT as an assistant engineer and videographer.
